cosmetic surgery? i was just wondering what everyone's opinion on cosmetic surgery is. im planning on getting it when i am of age, not to look fake but just to feel better about myself. i watch dr. 90210 and i think i would like to have dr. li as the surgeon for a breast augmentation i may get. i would have to be really rich though, cuz most insurance companies dont pay for it right? o i thought she only did like breast augmentation and reductions etc but she does really nice nose refinements and stuff. so if i become rich (in my dreams) i could get surgeries by her. ok apparently ppl dont understand wat i mean. i know the risks etc etc i just dont think theres a problem with getting a surgery to feel better about yourself. and if you feel thats what u want to do, i say go for it. i cant really explain it online

Cosmetic Surgery? I have a couple problems I was hoping could be fixed via cosmetic surgery. First off, there is a fairly large vein beneath my eye. Is this removable? Second, my feet point outwards like \ /. I walked on my toes as a kid, so my hamstrings are kinda shoved up my legs, and my feet point outward. Is this able to be fixed in orthopaedic surgery? Randomly today i had this memory of me and my friends sitting on a field chilling when these groups of guys came up to us and started talking to us and then randomly one said "you two are hott but your friend isn't" i didn't take it too personally at the time .you know you cant be everyones type! Why, when people are spending thousands of GP£ to a private clinic on cosmetic surgery, does that clinic ask the GP's surgery to arrange blood tests and ECG's etc. (all NHS funded) AND then send them the results AND arrange for prescriptions after, surely this must come out of their budget, not the NHS. No wonder there is no money left for the most deserving, the NHS is funding the private health service indirectly. Dreams, that's as it SHOULD be, but very often it's not. They seem to try to screw every penny from the GP budget. They should not even be allowed to ask.

Is it wrong and impossible for me to get cosmetic surgery at 16? I know it sounds kind of crazy, but I have had surgery on me as a child to correct my ptosis. I don't need to talk to anyone because aside from being self-conscience I'm (almost) completely fine in my own skin. I'd really rather be average looking than have had surgery to correct ptosis and have the effects of it still show. I hate the way my eyes look from the side and how sometimes it's more uneven than usual. Has anyone ever got surgery that has made it so someone could never tell you have ptosis? Things like this really bother me and I doubt I'll ever be able to ignore it without getting surgery. Everything I'm doing right now to make it less noticeable seems to be in vain, so isn't surgery the only answer?

Cosmetic surgery to hide dimple on chin? I have a weirdly shaped chin and was trying to find out what sort of procedures may help my appearance. My chin receeds slightly. It is weirdly shaped because I have a pretty deep dimple and so it looks as if my chin is a doughnut of flesh with eveything around it receeding. Whats more is that it is not quite symetrical either. I also have a double chin that appears quite easily depending on the position of my head/jaw/neck, which is weird since i'm a very skinny girl, I should have a better defined jawline. What type of cosmetic surgery could correct this and give me a smooth chin and bring balance to my face. Would an implant or injections do the trick??? Please, I don't care about your "plastic surgery is a waste of money" or "learn to accept yourself" comments. This is a serious question, I only want serious answers. Thanks!
