Are there any countries that offer low-cost cosmetic surgery and legal remedies if the Dr. makes a mistake? I know that the cost of cosmetic surgery is much cheaper in many countries, such as Brazil. My big question is, if an American goes to one of these countries and the Dr. makes a mistake, does the patient have any legal remedies? Thank you for your assistance.

Why does cosmetic surgery cost so much? It makes it impossible for the average person to get it! And some people really do need it...exercise can't help stretched out muscles, and only surgery can reverse gravity's effects. Why does it have to cost so much??

Can you deduct cosmetic surgery costs on income tax? I had my sinuses cleaned out and had the surgeon also perform some cosmetic surgery on my nose at the same time. I was told some of it would be billed to insurance but wasn't coverable because of the cosmetic surgery done. Can the costs be deducted as medical expenses on income tax?

how much will a small cosmetic surgery cost? i have a small wood splinter in my face that has been there for years and now since the skin had healed, you could still see the wood inside the skin on my nose between the eyes. Approximately how much would it cost to have a minor rhinoplasty, an otoplasty with minor reshaping of the tip, and buccal fat removal and/or facial liposuction meaning removing a bit of fat from below the cheek bone down to the jawline. And MAYBE MAYBE POSSIBLY something minor to enhance the lips even though theyre a good size to begin with? (Grafting my own fat or lifting the top lip up mixed with a rhinoplasty if you get what I mean, if possible. I'd also like opinions on how much of it should be done or even CAN be done at once?
