At 18 I recieved plastic surgery to remove a keeloid I had in my ear it is now 7 years later can I repierce it I have 1 ear pieced already which is my left ear. I heard in Korea, something like 50% of hte girls get plastic surgery before age 18 because for girls, being successful is all about snagging the best guy you can get. (best meaning richest).
