How can i get rid of this lump on my eyelid without surgery? I've had this on my top eyelid for a couple of years now. It dosn't hurt and kind of just appeared there. I went to the doctors and he said something about it being a blocked tear gland and i could have it removed. But i don't like the sound of is there anyway of getting rid of it another way? I have tried hot compresses etc and thats not worked. It dosn't show when i have been asleep but after a couple of hours of being awake or if i get tired you can notice it.So i kind of have to lay down in the day before i go out so it sort of relaxes it and it don't show!! Why do some asians girls get double eyelid surgery? I dont understand them at all. Perhaps i'm the least self confident person in the world, but i still don't mind about how i look( yeah and i look like crap, while these girls look so beautiful already). Eyelid Surgery? Hi, i've just had strabismus surgery which has gone reasonably well. However, my upper eyelid is closing by about 20-30%, which is worse following the strab surgery. My strab surgery was covered by private medical cover. Is it likely my eyelid surgery will be (if i say it was caused due to the strab surgery) Im 95% blind in this eye too. I'm ok looking up, but not at eye level. If its not covered, what estimate would cost be?

Blepharoplasty - eyelid surgery concern? I had upper eyelid surgery done about 4 days ago and wondered if anyone has had the same experience as me. One eye feels much tighter than the other as if more skin was removed from one lid compared to the other. 10 days ago I had upper and lower eyelid surgery. Looks like fluid pockets formed under eyes. normal?? had lower and upper eyelid surgery with the laser on lower lids. the pockets of fluid are by the eye socket bone near the nose. they dont hurt and are mushey when I touch them.

Concerning eyelid surgery? I have puffiness under my eyes and somewhat loose skin above. I have reasearched eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), but the examples they show are not giving me that good of an idea what to expect. I am only 35, and many if not most of the pictures are of 60+ year olds. Also, I want to go to a good surgeon. Does anybody have experience with this? I live Nebraska, which isn't exactly a cosmetic surgery hot spot. I'm willing to travel, but it would be nice if I could drive.
I have a lazy eyelid. Is there a surgery to correct this? My left eyelid doesn't open as far as my right. Is there someone out there who is able to fix this? How much would it cost? eyelid surgery, uneven eyelids? i recieved eyelid surgery a while back and completly healed from it. the end results is one of my eyelids being nice and the other eyelid not keeping the shape the doctor stitched. the nice eyelid has a nice shape and is poofy. the ugly eyelid lost its shape and looks really flat. what can i do about this? will the doctor fix it? is there a procedure to make the other eyelid poofy because i think it would help out alot if it was more poofy. thanks

My sister had her eyelids done with a laser instead of your regular slice and dice. But it seems kind of weird its been about 2 weeks and one of her eyes is healing fine. While the other looks kind of funy, its really puffy plus the scab is becoming yellow. I'm not sure if thats a sign of infection. eyelid surgery question? about 1 month ago i had a surgery to remove excess skin from top of my eye. after it was done my entire eye blew up which was expected. my question is is it normal for my eyelid to swell up every morning? its been a month and still continues to be swollen, should i wait a couple more months then go see the doctor?

Is 21 too young for blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)? Im only 21 years old (caucasian) but I already have droopy upper eyelids that make me look sad and tired, and it is more pronounced in one eye. It seems to run in my family, and if my relatives are any indication, it wont be long before my eyelids are covering my eyes :S I've done some research, but I cant find any pictures of people my age getting this done. Is it possible to get blepharoplasty at my age? And even if I do get the surgery, will the problem get worse as I get older anyway, in which case will a second blepharoplasty be needed/possible? Japanese magazines promote Eyelid surgery for girls, do most girls fall lfor this ? They have images explaining what to do...about the surgery.. and they have before and after pictures. I n the before picturethe girl looks sad and depressed , and in the after picture, looks happy and vibrant.. But its not because the surgery, it's because in the after icture they are purposely happier and smiling. So this is a bunch of BS advertising technique. UNEVEN eyelid surgery? i recently just got my eyelids done to get double eyelids, and i think the cut is the same, but then when the doctor stitched up my eyelids , i think she accidently stitched up too much skin on one side and now it's uneven, so while it's healing it was getting healed unevenly. So now my stitches are off and it looks uneven! do you guys know if it will go back to being even???
