  1. i suggest you goes to a hospital some clinic a re fake not registered i suppose you go to a hospital
  2. Plastic surgeons using clinics have the clinics set up just like a hospital, so it would be safe.
  3. It would probably be in something called an ambulatory surgery center. I.e. surgeries that are performed there are typically small enough so the patient can go home the same day. Often times, the same surgeon may operate in hospital when needed and then in the ASC for more outpatient procedures.
  4. Ambulatory surgery centers are quite safe. Just make sure that the one you intend to go to has a valid certification from The Joint Commission (formerly the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.) A small clinic with no anesthesiologist on board and inadequate emergency resuscitation equipment and personnel trained in its use would be unsatisfactory.
  5. There are other accreditation options beside the Joint Commission (AAAHC, AAAASF), but any facility that you go to should be accredited. I work with a plastic surgeon who has a beautiful, well-run OR in his office suite. It's very well-equipped, and we select our patients to be only low-risk for surgical or anesthetic problems. If you are concerned about the facility, then request that it be done in a hospital. You'll definitely pay more, because hsopitals have higher operating costs and are much less efficient.
