Plastic surgery gone bad?
I had plastic surgery in January, terrible job, scarred for life and now have stitches coming out of scars. I have one that is 8 inches long. I have called my dr he removed some and now more. It is the point that this is still happening. I am wondering if this could be a medical malpractice suit. My surgery was in Jan of this year 2006

- i would find an attorney and discuss it with him, i think this would be malpractice definitly, and also i would go to another doctor and have them look at it and see what they can do to fix it. sorry about that happening, hope you get better.

- 2006 or 2008? You can sue if its 2008. If its 2006, you probably waited too long. If you've gone back and are still having problems, I would see another dr. Obviously the dr you are seeing isn't helping the situation.
