- Plastic surgery in LA? What a waste of a life and an education. Giving boob jobs and nose jobs to spoiled OC teens sounds close to hell. If you want to be a plastic surgeon then do something worthwhile, like helping burn victims or breast cancer survivors instead of perpetuating Hollywood culture.
- It is easier to survive if your not an actor or singer. Most of those people that move out here never get any work and have to leave. LA may have the best paid doctors but it also has the most competition and requires the best of the best. The reason that wages and salaries are higher is because of the cost of living out here. You can't buy a decent house for less than $1M.
