Why do some celebrities deny they have had plastic surgery?

When it is so obvious that they have???

2. Because they're lying toe rags They want it to seem like their beauty isn't enhanced in any way. The thing is - they'd look better if they left their face/body alone

6. because they dont want to seem "fake" or maybe they just do it for publicity so people will keep talking about it. or they want to come off as perfect...who knows.
7. Because they want to project an image that their body and face is all NATURAL and they age well. Compared to a NON-Celebrity.

12. I know... why lie when it is OBVIOUS!! Like Meg Ryan, Nicole Kidman. some celebs faces are pulled back so tight they look like the JOKER and they are steadily denying it..... What else bugs me is why they lie about not being pregnant and then....HELLO....when they start to show...

14. Well in the end we all grow old - so why not do it in style rather than being a fool for postponing the inevitable - look at Julie Andrews or Sophia Loren
