Plastic/cosmetic surgery what is your opinion? Men and women?

What is your opinion? I was just thinking that why people are so concerned or mad about this surgery. If people don't like how they look isn't it okay to change? If people wants to have fun and look pretty, isn't it okay to change? Does this surgery causes a disease or harms people? WHy not looks good for themselves?

2. Well, I think it's their body and their problems, so they can do whatever they want with it. Sometimes insanely beautiful people feel the need to "fix" something about them, and in the end the surgery they get makes them look alien, or just really fake -- like they have had surgery, which really isn't a good look.
3. I think what every a person wants to do is up to them, I love the way i look and would not change anything. Beauty is from within anyway!
4. Personally I have nothing against plastic surgery I think for people that need a confidence boost or have no other option then it's great! It's when people start using plastic surgery like its a make-up and try and convince you that your going to get nowhere when I start to have issues with it.
5. Well many believe they need surgery to be more confident in themselves. Basically it's their own decision. But I have a problem with some people doing it. I'm asian, and there are A LOT of asian women who get cosmetic surgeries. Well, my aunt is one of them and she was born here in the states. She went to high school here and her English is decent. I think she went to college too, i don't know. But, she works at a liquor store. It's a family owned liquor store and she is like 40 something and she's worked there all her life. She recently got her eyelids and nose done. I didn't say anything, I just complimented her. However, she works at a liquor store, and she has 3 little kids, I just didn't think it was appropriate given that her kids wear old clothes with holes in them. If it was a young women who graduated college with a degree and she needed cosmetic surgery to beautify herself, I think that's fine. Because they are young and they need to compete for jobs. I dont know, that's just my opinion. You never know with surgeries, there could be complications. Just like Kayne West's mom and Usher's wife. It's scary.
6. I would never get plastic surgery, I am completely content with what I have now. I don't know what its like to want to fix something on your body, I guess that's the main reason for plastic surgery. I know it's not for me- but If someone I loved couldn't be happy with themselves until they got plastic surgery I would respect their decision, and support them. I think that everyone can be beautiful, but it doesn't come from plastic surgery.
