How do they get money for plastic surgery?
How do the young girls on the mtv specials and other reality specials pay for plastic surgery, or get the money when there parents won't give it to them??? And no I don't want plastic surgery, I just always wondered because most of them are sooooo young!

- when a reality show is really interested in a person they are the ones who actually suggest the plastic surgery and pay for it as long as that person signs a contract to do a certain amount of shows.
