Girls,and free plastic surgery?

Girls if you were offered free plastic surgery by a top surgeon ,to have the perfect body/looks,.What would you have done/altered and why.? PS; I am not OFFERING free surgery ,just being nosey.

3. honestly, i wouldnt have anything done. I'm not against it as such but i only really believe in surgery from a medical perspective for myself anyway. This is how I was born, i'm not interested in impressing others or making myself attractive to others, because I went on a journey in which I worked on myself, to make sure my feelings about feeling good about myself, come from ME. From the inside. My feelings about me never come from others or external sources. Well it's true, it took a bit of a journey to get to this point but I wouldn't go back or have surgery becuase i feel completely differently about myself now.

6. No because I believe plastic surgery should only be used for disfigurations. No one is perfect nor should they be, the world would be too boring if we all looked like perfect plastic dolls.
7. nope! i genuinely believe that cosmetic surgery should only be used for medical reasons i.e. if you were in a fatal car accident, or burn victim. if people have so much money to pump gelatine into their lips and bums then why not give the money to people who genuinely need it i.e people living in poverty who struggle to find a scrap of food everyday, So in answer to you question, i would NOT take up the free surgery, instead i would ask the doctor to give the money which covers the surgery to starving people of the world
8. Nothing. I don't think that it would change anything. You need to be phychologically happy with the body your in. It's almost a case of treating the symptom and not the disease.
9. Hey thats interesting, probably my boobs lifted, they are a nice size 34d , but breastfeeding has taken its toll..

11. (mike's wife writing below) na, if i was offered free plastic surgery, I would like to shape my body! I just recently have my baby, and put too much weight on through pregnancy. i was a size 10 before, and now it's just so difficult to lose all those weight!!
12. Hell why only girls, I'd take some free work.
13. I'd get liposuction on my hips. I'm skinny but I have hips, and I'd rather have a waifish and less feminine figure. I'd get fat implants under my eyes, or however else my dark under-eye circles could be treated (I'm only 26 and they don't go away). If there were a procedure for it, I'd have my freckles removed. I'm a redhead and I'm covered with them. I have otherwise great skin, but I'd like to feel what it is like to have skin that doesn't look dirty and spotted. I'd love to get laser hair removal too, but I don't know if that counts as plastic surgery or not. I have sensitive skin, so I hate shaving. I would not get a boob job. I'm flat chested, but I'd rather have small, nice ones than risk having botched boob job. I have great teeth, I like my nose, and otherwise I think I look interesting-but-mostly-attractive.
