3. Cranio-facial surgeons are a type of plastic surgeon. They work on the cranium (the head) and the facial bones of the face. The plastic surgeons that do this kind of work are usually reconstructive surgeons, meaning that they do their work on trauma victims. These doctors don't usually do cosmetic work.
4. Some do, but you would be better to see a craniofacial surgeon. HTH : )
