Men, women, kids, seniors- how do you feel about cosmetic surgery?

1. I don't put others down for it. But i want to age naturally, so I wouldn't do it. I also think it's a waste of money and I have seen ppl I know with some really bad work done to them and the scars are awful and a shame.
2. I don't believe in it. A friend of mines mother is absolutely addicted to it. I have seen her bandaged more times than I can count. She looks great, but at what cost. She is going broke. Why can't we just be happy with it...I understand reconstructive surgery - Where someone just wants to blend back in with society.
3. I feel that you should accept who you are and learn to be happy in your own skin (nobody is perfect; we all have our faults) but I'm not going to stop somebody from doing it. If they want to spend the bucks to "improve" themselves, that's their business. I just hope those people are smart enough to research the surgery beforehand and not just jump right into it
4. If a person can afford it and would really feel better about themself after I guess it's OK. Don't do it if it's to please somebody else. I don't want to go through it myself.
5. i used to think it was crazy and stupid, but when i thought about it and realized that i do the same thing, only with piercings, then i thought that it was OK... who am i to judge?.. by the way, i'm a 29 year old guy...
6. I think that in some cases it's a good thing... like if you were in a disfiguring accident or something, but getting it to enhance ones personal appearance scares me a little. It doesn't look natural. ie: see Pamela Anderson, Micheal Jackson, etc... I can see why other people would want to do it. Heck, its their bodies, they can do what they want. It's just something I'd never personally want to do.
7. If I get to looking bad or my cheeks poke out anymore then they are now. I'm getting some fat put up in my face. If not it's going to be bad. I like it. ... Might need it one day
8. some people are pretty and said that is a lost of money but the people as fats or ugly face want a normal life give a change without laughs or evil things. except wakos and freaks like michael jakson or wharever it's a good thing these days you will see in the future of "UGLY BETTY" the charapter will take this to be a gorgeous lady and go to parties ...
9. I like the natural look on women myself but I think to each is own. It doesn't faze me when people get work done I I usually like it. To me its all bout what makes one feel good! and if thats it than thats it!
