Can cosmetic surgery be an effective treatment/answer for penis enlargement? Any website references?
Most men want to enlarge their penis but don't know how or even contemplate having it done. I want a long penis. Can you recommend a cosmetic surgeon who has performed this procedure perfectly?

- y do u want such a huge penis? u know, gurls dont even like it. it hurts a lot if its too big.
- They can't make it longer, only fatter around, and they do that by injecting fat from your butt into your weiner. Survey says most women want a fat one, not a long one. Then again, I never met a man who wanted to enlarge his penis for anything other than his own ego, so I suppose what the women want doesn't factor into this.
