eyelid surgery not healing right?

My sister had her eyelids done with a laser instead of your regular slice and dice. But it seems kind of weird its been about 2 weeks and one of her eyes is healing fine. While the other looks kind of funy, its really puffy plus the scab is becoming yellow. I'm not sure if thats a sign of infection. She had hers done in canada and we live in michigan so we cant return to consult with the doctor. What should i do?

- i would try phoning the doctor..ask him..and if he says to come back in i would..otherwise i would also call some other doctors for advice and if you cant go to your original doctor go see someone local.
