Blepharoplasty, other wise know as eyelid surgery?
I have pffy bags under my eyes and I am only 33.It makes me look 5 years older. My sis told me about this surgery and I checked out before/after photos online and it looks amazing. Does anyone know of someone that had this done and could you see a major difference? Are they happy with it, not happy with it? If anyone recommends a Doc in the Sacramento, Ca area...please let me know. Thank you.

- this is a terrific surgery! i highly recommend it. it is easy and relatively painless. i had my lower lids done about 5 years ago and the puffiness has been gone ever since. I am going this year for my upper lids to take away the droopiness. I don't know any docs in the SF area, sorry, I'm on the east coast. Good luck!!! you will be so happy you had it done.
- Hi, I'm a nurse and worked in the OR for 3 years. I saw many, many of these procedures done. The results can be remarkable. Some people get both the top and bottom of the eye done. This will not be covered by insurance as it is considered "cosmetic" (unless you have vision problems due to skin hanging in your field of vision) The procedure is done under a local anesthetic. Meaning they do no put you to sleep. This way you avoid potentially serious problems. You can go back to work in a day or two. There is bruising for many days, to a few weeks. I had never seen anyone unhappy with this procedure. Not that there aren't people that have complaints...I just never encountered any. Good luck and hope this helped!

He did work on me, did a complete facial overhaul on one of my friends, he works on a lot of us, and we all l-o-v-e him. He is a face specialist and he is the best you're going to find.
