1. they are safe but then depands on the doctor who perform the surgery...im not very sure which one is good maybe u have to check with few hospitals around......
2. My sis-in-law had the excess fat on her eyelids removed at Sunway Hospital. The costs came up to about RM4000. Because of her age (she's senior citizen), recovery period takes longer (6 months to 1 year to look completely natural). Another friend (late 30s) had eyebags removal done at Kalo.
