2. in one of her episodes she has said she had lipo and a tummy tuck.

I don't know, but I have watched that show out of curiosity and although I find it somewhat pretentious, she seems to be an ok girl....he is a sweetheart, but I would never refer to them as "royalty" as E channel does....she is still so young, I doubt she has had any other plastic surgery than her boobs...
4. Obviously breasts, but her lips look suspiciously plump to me. Perhaps some work on her face and cheekbones. She has not had a tummy tuck because she said that after her pregnancies her tummy just flattens out. Lucky!
