There are a lot of skin treatments (lasers, peels, etc) that can make your skin look better. Pore size can't be changed, it can be cosmetically temporarily changed, but not permanently. Pores are pores and they are there forever. But a dermatologist can tell you which procedures would be best for you. I don't think it's considered plastic surgery, those treatments aren't that invasive. Talk to a dermatologist.
you do not need a plastic surgery. go to a beautician/esthetician and ask for proper treatment. they have whatever that is needed to alleviate your problem of scarring.
