Not to turn you off cheap surgery or anything, but there have been cases of many people who have gotten cheapo surgery and not been satisfied, because they wake up and have a dementeder job than they had before. So, if I was you, simply pay the full price and you'll be sure to get a good, safe job done! Its much better to pay a little extra cash than too take a chance that could mean your body on the line.
