my friend from the uk wants to get liposuction etc and doesn't want to pay rates here. can anyone give me some info on decent plastic surgeon practitioners in eastern europe, even prices etc? thanks a mil.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

- Anyone that goes out of this country to get surgery because of money are crazy!!! What they do not realize is,,, if after the surgery if there needs to be anymore medical attention- you are screwed. They will not help you. They are not protected as they should be, but in the U.S. they WILL receive the treatment that is needed. Just because they may save money on the surgery does not mean that it could end up costing them their life. There are many people that DO NOT recommend this, because they did this themselves and now are suffering worse than they were in the beginning. They also can take her/his passport and not give it back until the fees are paid off. Think about this.... save your friend.....
