Girls, did you get any cosmetic surgery ?

What was it for... How did you finance it... what was the result... Was it worth it... ? Wow Little bit, What a touching sharing... It does really put things into perspective... So beautiful to read a story that turned out well too !!! Imagine, a famous business women leader was getting a face lift, just a simple procedure... She died on the table... She was healthy, early 50s... what a weird way to die... a non essential intervention ;-)

2. I have had extensive reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Unfortunately, mine was NOT elective, it was necessary. I was hit directly in the face, during full swing, with an aluminum softball bat. (Nothing soft about it, either!) I had to live in St. Joseph's hospital for close to 6 months, and go through dozens of surgeries to have my face completely rebuilt. The surgeries were "financed" through my health insurance and everything we had in the bank at the time. The result is in the pictures you see of me today. (There are more to look at on my 360 page) It was VERY worth it, otherwise I would look like a mongoloid! I know this isn't a breast implant story, but I thought it was relevant in order to make people understand that cosmetic surgery isn't just about giving you a better nose or bigger boobs, it's also about saving lives and helping people to be able to live normal ones.
