Cosmetic surgery to hide dimple on chin?

I have a weirdly shaped chin and was trying to find out what sort of procedures may help my appearance. My chin receeds slightly. It is weirdly shaped because I have a pretty deep dimple and so it looks as if my chin is a doughnut of flesh with eveything around it receeding. Whats more is that it is not quite symetrical either. I also have a double chin that appears quite easily depending on the position of my head/jaw/neck, which is weird since i'm a very skinny girl, I should have a better defined jawline. What type of cosmetic surgery could correct this and give me a smooth chin and bring balance to my face. Would an implant or injections do the trick??? Please, I don't care about your "plastic surgery is a waste of money" or "learn to accept yourself" comments. This is a serious question, I only want serious answers. Thanks!

  1. YOUR PER-OBLEM
  2. u say "DON'T say LEARN TO ACCEPT URSELF", yet ppl STILL say it. what's wrong with u all? the best answer i culd come up with (sry, im no expert on this): dimples are usually sought after by many girls because they are adorable! when you smile, but in ur case it has to do with a receeding chin, so yes, cosmetic surgery might be needed. i suggest consulting with your doctor or a local surgeon about ur case; most likely they can help u a lot better than we can (plastic surgeon- anyone out there?) next time, though, picture might help! goodluck!
