1. not going to happen its elective surgery try going over seas but do your homework first
2. You won't find it. It doesn't exist. Health insurance is for illnesses and injuries only .

4. What are you .... nuts?!?!!? It doesn't exist. Health insurance provides coverage for necessary procedures and medial care, not elective procedures which you think everyone else should pay for on your behalf. Grow up and start a savings account.

6. The only way you can have health insurance cover a cosmetic procedure, is if the procedure is a necessity. I.E. natural breasts that are too large and are causing a host of medical problems such as spinal displacement, back pain, hunching shoulders, and neck pain. And then you have to have medical proof that these conditions exist as a direct result from the condition you want changed.
