Plastic surgery?

Do you think having little plastic surgery operations make a girl "fake"? I think getting breast implants is totally ridicolous because they put something IN your body but other stuff, nose job, lip plumping, botox...etc are okay, I think. Besides, isn't lip augmentation and things like that is something like dying your hair or wearing make-up? What's the big deal about little operations that make people use the word "fake"? I've never heard someone calling a woman's hair "fake" because she dyed it.

  1. i think that if plastic surgery of any kind is going to give someone more confidence and self esteem then i say go for it. i dont think its make people fake until they go wayy over the top
  2. They make people totally fake, you want a fake look, and your all about your image- your a fake person. Learn to be happy with who you are- and remember real boobs always look better than fake ones dont be fake.
  3. i think any plastic surgery makes you fake. i think one of the stupidest things a person can possibly do is get botox. you can't stop aging, it's a natural process and it's supposed to happen. there's nothing you can to prevent it. as for breast implants, that is also stupid. you just look really fake. plastic surgery is horrible too; they break your nose when you get rhinoplasty. i just think the whole plastic surgery "concept" is horrible.
  4. well, what i personally feel is that when beautiful people make themself look like the girls on shampoo commercials with surgery, it is weird! girls don't need to make-up and do their hair and have big boobs to be attractive! but in other hand i think if a girl is pretty and a simple nose job can make her prettier and give her more self confidence that would be an excellent thing to do. just like the hair thing you mentioned.
  5. I don't think there's anything wrong with getting breast implants or doing anything else that makes you feel good about yourself. However, if you label everything "fake" as things that have been inserted inside you then treatments like Botox, Collagen, and Restylane, should be included. It is an foreign substance being injected into your body after all. On the other hand, non-surgical treatments like Thermage, IPL Photofacial, and Fraxel actually giving your skin a boost of healing energy. For more info take a look at my Cosmetic Blog.
