Why when you know a celebrity has had plastic surgery, they deny it?

- It is because Hollywood has taught everyone to be hush hush about any changes to their body. Why do you think that when asked about the diet, most of them are tight-lipped. They also think that they might not be able to get as much work if they spill the beans.
