Is Dr. R. Rifai, Birminngham Cosmetic Surgery of Southfield, MI board certified?
According to the ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) and ABPlsurg.org (American Board of Plastic Surgeons) Dr. Rouchdi Mohammad Rafai is NOT certified. All of his websites claim he is certified. How does he get away with this????? See www.drrifaihorrorstory.
