Can you sue a plastic surgeon after a bad Rhinoplasty?
I had nose surgery close to 11 months ago and it came out uneven. Its not very obvious at first but you can still tell. I have had people tell me that my left side looks wide. I denied this to myself hoping that it will go away but it hasnt. When I touch it I feel a bony protusion there. The surgeon is board certified and overall a good one. I told him about it and he says it will go away meanwhile i went to another surgeon for advice and he says it wont. He says all the swelling is down. I left my doctors office agreeing to come back in 5 mos but i know it wont go away. I feel that the doctor should take blame or be responsible and offer me methods towards this. And the funny thing is that i had to go up personally to make a follow up appointment bcause they would deny me one on the phone. Does any one know what to do? like can i sue him? or does he have to offer revision surgery for free? please any answers?? thanks

- I don't think you can sue him unless he did something negligent and harmed you in some way medically. A botched nose job would not count. You will probably have to pay to have it redone as much as that sucks.
- how unfortunate for you. nose jobs are very painful. see an attorney for legal advice. ask around for a good recommendation don't just use a tv attorney because they take too big of a cut . any doctor can be sued.
