Legally, under what circumstances in cosmetic surgery?
Could a plastic surgeon give a girl who is over 18 but under 22 silicone filled breast implants? Is this only for reconstructive purposes? What are the penalties if they DO use silicone in a patient under 22? Also, this is pertaining to a certified surgeon practicing in New York state Thanks in advance

- I am not sure why you are referring to 22? A woman is responsible for their own body at 18. If there is a law about silicone between 18 and 22, I know nothing about it.
