  1. Hello, no one can answer this question for you but you. In the end you have to do what you love and go for it! I can tell you from experience that if you don't do something with your life that you love then you may end up miserable. I hope this helps.
  2. You should follow your heart not your mom...Listen to yourself not other people. The only way to be success is to like what your doing because if you enjoy what your doing that will bring out the best of you. Maybe not successful right away but another day. I have been in your situation now I'm a painter. Works with Christmas card. I have hard worked in three month but free time in nine other months.
  3. First at all, all that is a whim so you will fail for sure. Fashion designer without school or job related? Plastic surgery is not like buy a pizza! Model, just for being pretty it doesnt mean that the Fashion Industry will support you, specially in modelling service. So GET REAL!!! & learn grammar!
  4. you'll need to pick what you truely love and want to do, regalrdless of what you're mum says. she wants the best for you but if you really want something you should go for it, because she's just looking at it from a security angle rather than job satisfaction. my father doesn't think a lot of my chosen career and offered to send me to law school to be a lawyer and become a partner in his business. i would have been academically ok at it and i would have been earning a LOT more money than i do now, but I would never have been brilliant at it because its not my passion. However, I love marketing, stuck out the job I had to earn a good rep and have just landed my dream job. I'd still be richer as a lawyer but I would have been miserable. Do what you love and don't let anyone tell you you can't or shouldn't do it.
  5. Research research research!!! Plastic surgery is medical- it will take a long time to qualify and will be VERY hard work. Look up medical schools to check the grades and subjects you need and be prepared to have to work VERY hard academically. With fashion designing and modelling, why not try and get some local work experience? Even if you're just a tea girl for a couple of weeks, you'll get the main idea.... Practice drawing and textiles ans sewing if you want to try designing. As for modelling... try our for local modelling competitions or, again, try getting work experience. Google some of the big agency names and contact them for advice. The bottom line is, most people have to work HARD to get a career they want. Don't make any rash decisions yet!! Also, they NY loft apartment? You could have that doing a whole host of jobs. Don't assume the things you see in magazines are the only way to live.....
