If you could have plastic surgery done to make yourself look better what would it be??

- I work for three surgeons and they suggest I do not have any work but IF I did it would be my nose. Not much but shave just alittle on the tip. I guess.
- I wouldnt have it, and personally i dont like girls that do. You seem like a beautiful girl appearance wise, i dont see how you would need it. But since you are wanting some sort of surgery to make you look better, i must say you do have a nice rack, but thats all i would do you for.
- I'd get a breast lift. My are big enough!! But have gone south after having 3 children.
- I would get my breasts reduced and lifted (bad shoulders and back)and get the extra bit of bone on my elbows taken off (it hurts and pops). I would not have plastic surgery purely for aesthetic purposes as I believe that to be vain and a waste of money.

- I would have a breast lift, breast reduction (to get to a small "C" cup), and liposuction. I wouldn't however, have anything PUT into my body. The whole idea of a foreign object electively placed permanently inside of me freaks me out. Not to mention all those women who were "poisoned" by their implants earlier. I would also want to be sure to not have anything look unnatural or "tightened." Joan Rivers, for example, scares the hell out of me.
- Here's a topic that kind of pisses me off and gets me ranting. I'll keep it polite here for the sake of decorum, though. I'm neither selfish nor narcissistic enough to even think about plastic surgery. I know my self-worth. I know how to judge people. My wife loves me more than anything in the world, as I do her. That's about all that matters. So what possible reason would I have to have myself altered?
