Help with breast implant info!!?
Anyone with personal expierience know an alternative for paying for breast implants, I am having trouble getting financed because cosmetic surgery loans require you to have great credit, and mine is less than perfect. I tried carecredit and surgeryloans.com and got turned down, is there a company that approves lower credit scores. And btw, no haters, i am having this done because there is a deformity on one of mine, and insurance wont pay!!

- sorry no! It doesnt matter what anyone else thinks! If you want a breast implant then have one! lol
- Have you talked with your plastic surgeon? Sometimes they can put you through financing services that they have set up. If you have a deformity, I am not sure why your insurance is not paying for this. I would look in to it further, and have your surgeon write the insurance company. IF your insurance wont pay, and you can't get financing, you will have to pay up front. But I am sure they have already told you this. I don't know any cosmetic surgery that you can set up a payment plan for.
- The surgeon's office you plan to use may have a financing company that they use to help patients. You might want to look into that. Or you could call around to various offices (trustworthy ones of course), to see if any of them offer any types of payment plans and/or financing. You may also want to check with your bank. You could try to get a personal loan, but that type of loan usually comes with somewhat higher interest rates. If you have something for collateral, such as a newer car or something that they could hold the title to until the loan's paid, you would have a higher chance of getting a loan and/or a better interest rate. I think it's kind of unfair that your insurance won't cover that, since you have a deformity. But I am guessing that in their eyes, they still consider that to be cosmetic, and not medically necessary. Maybe you should try having your physician write a letter to the insurance company, detailing your situation...it might help. Good luck!
