Why would somebody want to get plastic surgery to make them look like a rhinoceros?

A friend of mine is getting plastic surgery on her nose. She says it's called rhinoplasty. Does this mean they'll make her nose look like a rhino's? Are they going to put a horn on it or something?

2. Why not? I had uniplasty. I had a horn sugically implanted into my forehead to look like a unicorn.
3. Many people desire to have this done. I do even! I also want my parents to make me a mud pit in the backyard so I'll have some place to roll on those hot summer days. Rhinos rock!

15. Rhino is the nickname of Ryne Sandberg, who played 2nd base for the Cubs in the 80s. Plasty is Latin for Plastic. So, obviously, your friend's surgery is to get a plastic baseball player attached to her nose.
