Does plastic surgery or facial reconstruction get rid of the underlying problems of acne breakouts?

I know people can get plastic surgery and facial reconstruction to change the appearance of their whole face, but does that solve the underlying problem for people with acne problems or other kinds of breakouts? I would figure that problem surfaces underneath the skin, so maybe it wouldn't prevent them from having the same problems, or does the surgery pretty much cut out all those layers of skin and puts on a fake one so there isn't any layer underneath to cause problems again?

  1. Acne is caused by hormones that are manufactured in the brain then travel through your blood system and cause acne. You will still have pores on your skin and the hormone production will still continue despite changing the bone structure or stretching the skin, so I don't think, that surgery would cure acne.
  2. your acne "pops" up from pores which are all the way under the bottom layer of skin allot of real people i know with BAD acne used proactive and it cleared right up also i think plastic surgery for any thing other then disfigurements and reconstruction is a bad idea god said i made your body the way it should be love your self for who you are not for what others see not in those exact word tho
