Center Cosmetic Surgery

Is it considered cosmetic surgery if I get my front teeth properly aligned?

I don't have dental insurance and my front teeth are fairly crooked. Does anyone know if a dentist will consider it cosmetic surgery and charge me an arm and a leg? Well it definitely interferes with eating so maybe it won't be too much. Any idea how much it'll cost without insurance?

  1. yes it is cosmetic UNLESS it interferes with eating, jaw alignment (TMJ) or another medical issue. Most all insurance companies consider it cosmetic if done for appearance, only.
