Center Cosmetic Surgery

Healthy eating and doing enough exercise really the right way to do it...or is cosmetic surgery the way to go?

Is cosmetic surgery, for eg liposuction or tummy tuck the quickest and easiest way to lose the weight?? I know alot of the stars like kirstie alley who have lost and gained weight have resorted to it and have given up losing it again. I can relate to kirstie alley and oprah as my weight has been going up and down too. So am i just better off eating healthy and doing enough exercise everyday and sticking to the gym as well?

  1. yes surgery would be the quickest and easiest way to do it but it is also the most expensive. and it is not natural. eating healthy and exercising is natural natural is how god made us natural is good
  2. Few things to consider. Life style changes are the best way to lose weight. The considerations with liposuction etc are multi-fold. For one, if you don't change your eating habits, the fat will again accumulate and the weight will come back. Gastric bypass is different. That does work in some because it limits how much you are capable of eating. Liposuction has been shown however to improve levels of cholesterol, glucose and insulin regulation. I still tend to think losing it naturally is better....and diet and exercise is the best regulator of the above mentioned biocompounds.
  3. Healthy eating and exercise will benefit you in the long run. Plastic surgery will give you results right now, but things will get BAD in a year. You will gain fat in areas where you are not supposed to, such as the neck or the back.
  4. Hi, I don't like the idea about surgery, but it is me. I prefer to exercise and to try to follow health nutrition (cut bad foods and eat only foods that burn fat). Of course from time to time I eat some not good foods but I take cate this to happen very rarely. Do you like to exercises at your home? 5. Surgery would be the quickest, but I dont know that its worth it. In the end you will gain it all back, you havent trained your body to change. If you eat right and work out, you will develop a healthy lifestyle that will help you keep the weight off. If you lose a lot of weight and you have lots of extra skin, then you might want to consider a tummy tuck. I think that for liposuction they can only take 10% at a time, thats only 10lbs for every 100 you weigh. Is it worth the pain for 20lbs? I wouldnt think so. If you need to lose to much, 100lbs or more, you will have to lose it on your own first, they wont do lipo for that. I think that the hard way is the only way to be successful. Good Luck
  6. Yes healthy eating and doing enough exercise is the right way to lose weight. If you put enough effort and do your best to lose weight then it will be the best option. However if you are in a hurry maybe you should do some research to get more educated on cosmetic surgery to see if that suits you best. BUT DOING THE HEALTHY WAY IS ALWAYS THE BEST WAY TO GO BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT COULD HAPPEN WHEN YOU HAVE COSMETIC SURGERY. (REMEMBER DO SOME RESEARCH OR MAYBE ASK PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE OR DOCTORS THAT DEALS WITH COSMETIC SURGERY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT THE COMPLICATIONS AND ALSO THE PRO'S AND CON'S)
  7. Surgery is NOT the way to go. There's alot people don't tell you...like...u can only eat a little at a time, then take a bowel movement. This gets old. I knew a pretty big fat man and after his surgery, he kept running his yard boy over to burger king. He could only take like 2 or 3 small bites, crap and eat more later. This is a tough life....restricts one to the house for a long time. Also when u have surgery, u have to undergo anesthesia which is NOT good for your heart. Anyway, the only real way to lose weight is to cut back on the intake and exercise daily ...at least 45 minutes of rigorous activities...like some hard core sex. LOL
  8. Cosmetic surgery works best on people who are already of a healthy weight range and are committed to eating healthy (you are what you eat no matter how much fat you've had sucked out of you) and exercising afterwards to see the results. It can take months for the results of cosmetic surgery to appear, after swelling etc has gone away. Personally I think it's the expensive lazy way out for people obsessed by their own image. I believe people who eat right and exercise are obviously also concerned with their health and well being not only their image, weight, appearance etc...
  9. Herbal nature is also no bad.
