Center Cosmetic Surgery

What is the cosmetic surgery where the surgeon removes the inside of your cheeks so you face looks thinner?

I've seen it on a tv show about plastic surgery, but I don't remember what it's called.

1. Buccal fat pad removal I believe. But not sure about the spelling. Edit: I checked, that's the right spelling. :)
2. I don't know, but it doesn't sound too attractive looking.
