How do ladyboys fund their surgery?

Do they take out loans or something? I don't know how much cosmetic surgery cost, but I image it to be expensive. So first they work as a completely male prostitute, then make enough money doing that and get implants and facial surgery? I just don't see much male prostitutes.

Many travel overseas with their boyfriends and,indeed, marry them and live abroad. I have known Ladyboys who start to work and become " fully converted " within 12 months. They can make an awfull lot of money VERY quickly and live in very nice apartments and drive very nice cars etc. This is how the vast majority manage to change their gender. Of course there are exceptions who have very good jobs or rich families but these are a tiny minority. Hope this helps.

7. Not all ladyboys need to fund their surgery through prostitution. Some of them hold very high positions in companies and they earn more than enough to fund themselves. They are quite a misunderstood lots by the foreigners. Many of them do hold respectable jobs. And they work hard to save their money to attain their wish to be a complete female. So it will be nice to treat them as fellow human rather than an oddity.
