What is the best procedure for asian eyelid surgery?

Is it the surture method or incision? If you had the surture method, do you wish you had done the incision method instead? I'm not interested in looking caucasion and am perfectly fine with asian eyes. I have other reasons for requiring this kind of surgery.

2. i love Asian eyes, and i hate when they try to change them just to be accepted by whites. just 4get surgery and learn to love yourself.
3. the suture method may result in a crease which may not be permanent.
