What types of "double eyelid" surgery are there?

I heard some methods take 10 minutes, and others, an hour. Which way is the best to go?

1. That surgery is very comon in Asia and does not take very long. It can be done in a doctors office if he has the proper equipment. Ten minutes is not enough time. Ten minutes of actual surgery might be but there is more than just that. Men and women in Asia are doing this for looks./
