Center Cosmetic Surgery

Has anyone out there had upper and lower eyelid cosmetic surgery?

If so, tell me about your experience please. The results, any complications and recovery time. Please no rude comments or "dont' do it" comments. Also, I'd prefer to hear from people who've had the surgery or have known a close friend of family member whose had the surgery. Thanks!! I'm 33. Under eye bad are hereditary in my family as well. That's the main reason I want to do it, but am considering getting the uppers done too.

1. I don't know how old you are, and if you are doing it because you upper lids are hanging and your lower eyes have bags. That's what I had. I did it when I was 45 and now am 66. Eyes still look good and so glad I did it. Procedures have changed, so not real sure how it is, one friend had it a couple of years ago and recovery was about the same. It depends on the person. I bruise real easily so I had 2 black eyes for about 5 days, then started getting lighter and could wear make up to cover. My friend didn't have a much bruisuing but it was still about 5 days for her. You have to wait until they take the stitches out before you can do that. I know others who have had it and no complications. My daughter had it when she was 27! The baggy eyes were heriditary from my side of the family. But doing it just to change something, like some Asians to have more Western eyes is a different story and there might be a difference in procedures and recovery.
