Can plastic surgeons perform an extended mini tummy tuck to get rid of stretch marks on the hips?

Thanks, I do have a small amount of excess skin and fat on my lower abdomen, the stretch marks are low down as well. I would prefer to have a scar beneath my bikini line if I could show off a stretch mark free stomach!

1. Actually, if you don't have lose skin or fat that you are worried about, stretch marks can be filled in. They inject something into the skin that is flesh colored and 'fills' the stretchmarks somehow.
2. why put yourself through that, everyone has stretch marks, even skinny people and the tummy tuck will leave scars worse than the original stretch marks
3. yes and the scar will be from hip to hip...... you still might have some marks after the surgery but they will be more flattened....tummy tucks(abdominoplasty) definetly flatten a stomach but dont necessarily obliterate every stretch mark they usually make the scar around the bikini line but be aware that since skin pulled up the mons area( pubic) hair might grow up higher
