12. It's simply insecurity and they want to impress other people instead of being happy what they have. Why impress someone else by changing who you are? If God wanted you to have big breast, then he would have given them to you.

14. Personally, I would never have cosmetic surgery unless it was reconstructive like if I was in an accident. I'm for it as long as it makes you feel better about yourself. If I were to get something done, it would be my nose, but since it's not reconstructive I woudn't. Everyone has parts about themselves that they would want to change...it's normal.
15. If you have an accident and you need cosmetic surgery then I am all for it. But I'm NOT for it for vanity reasons
16. To be fair I am not a big beliver in the way someone looks, but who they are that matters. However some people are not happy with way they look etc to a point where it effects there life...so really down to individual!

18. to feel good about themselves. i don't know if i'm for or against. i have not reached that age where i am getting wrinkles and such. yet. who knows? but as long as i don't look fake and plastic, i think it isn't that bad.
19. It doesn't bother me...if someone wants to have it done, it's their choice. I don't agree with teenagers having boob jobs and what not...that's ridiculous. I thought about having a boob job done, but I'm too much of a wimp to go under the knife....I think I could only have surgery if my life depended on it. Some people just want to improve themselves, or maybe they're insecure...to each his/her own.

22. Im not against it. many people that get it do it for themself to feel better about themself. So there isn't really too much wrong with that. And many ppl would respond naively and say, well you should accept yourself, but it may not be so easy for them. A girl i am dating has a boob job, she spent 7,000 dollars on them and she admits its to boost her self esteem. But she is much more comfortable with herself and is happy about her decision
23. i know people have their reasons (most of them self esteem issues), but i think some people take it too far. i'm for it as long as it makes you happy. ain't no shirt off my back.

25. Seems they do it for self esteem. Its hit and miss. I've seen $5000 boobs that looked great and I've seen $20,000 boobs that only looked good under clothing.
26. Against unless it's used to get rid of disfiguring scars. Anyone who gets fake boobs or tummy tucks to boost their self esteem is just lazy and only looking for the wrong kind of attention.

30. I personally don't agree with changing what is natural. However, that is solely my opinion and people have a right to change themselves if that is their desire. We were all born to be free.
31. No thanks, my natural boobs are already too big. I've had costmetic surgery to remove a huge ugly hairy mole on my face. Why? Cuz it was huge, ugly and hairy. Does lasik eye surgery count as costmetic? That was the best thing I've ever done! So much freedom without glasses or contacts and I really to feel more confident now. It's weird.

33. I am for it. Actually I want my breast done. People do it to feel good about themselves. Everyone wants to be as close as they can be to PERFECT.
34. Because they can..it's easy to arrange, and getting cheaper,I would'nt do it coz I'm happy with myself, I would'nt judge others for it, they have thier reason's.
35. To feel better about themselves. I don't want to put all people in the same boat but they probably have low self esteem. Some people get platsic surgery to get ahead in Hollywood. It's really no one elses business but their own.
36. I think it's all in the brain. If you feel good about your breasts the way they are then you're good to go. But we tend to get influenced by others and sometimes we succumb. Beauty is like any other temptation, it can become a drug/vice, if you allow it to. I've learned that I am not individual parts, but many together and that NO ONE is like me. That's really the beauty of it, but in our society the physical is REALLY important.
37. AGAINST! i am a 44 FF and wish I could get rid of some of what i have, i have no idea why people want to enlarge to enormous sizes......it hurts your back and shoulders, and can make you round shouldered in time, and when you get older there is much more hanging than you want!
38. I can see it from both sides, however I would be terrified to have surgery just in case something went wrong. My husband is very anti-surgery. He feels everyone should just be natural, he hates anyone fake.
39. i'd say i dont have a side. it's whatever you want. im not for nor against. i think the only time to have any kind of cosmetic surgery is so YOU'll be happier, not what the trend is.

42. Women that are insecure have surgery. I feel that each person has the right to change their bodies, but in most cases, it is unnecessary. I love all shares and sizes, but I think if it builds confidence, then go for it!!!!
